The deadline is approaching for all individuals or legal entities that possess advertising and promotional signs to request the renewal of the annual signs license, which will be valid for the year 2026, as commanded by the Signage Law (Law No. 1054).
The request for signs license renewal must be submitted 45 business days before the end of 2025.
If the procedure is not completed within the stated period, the municipality may reassign the location of said sign or order its removal, and may even apply a fine.
Therefore, we recommend beginning the renewal of the annual signs license before November 15, 2025, to avoid any inconveniences in the renewal process or the application of fines.
